Shipping and  Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within the United States of America. For international and expedited shipping cost, please send us an email to info@keravani.com before placing your order. 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt and with all original packaging within 3 days of delivery. To mail the product(s) back to us, please contact the customer service at orders@keravani.com for details on how to proceed with your return. Customer pays the return shipping fee. We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order.

Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment. Certain products (above $250) have a 5_10% restocking fee on returns due to the limitation of the inventory. So, please read each items description carefully. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, and you do not email us the tracking number of your return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 3 days of delivery date. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size and/or color is not available, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

At the time of promotions, customers can NOT combine more than one code for each separate purchase. Certain products are not refundable or exchangeable, like personalized items and custom orders. Please refer to each item's description.

Merchandise must meet our requirements for return and exchange:

  • KERAVANI products are made with very delicate and luxurious fabrics and materials. We inspect every item very carefully before sending it out to the customers. So, we politely ask our customers to be mindful of sharp objects and jewelry. Items with any damages such as fabric snags, makeup stains, and etc. are not refundable under any circumstances.

  • Merchandise must be in the original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Item must be mailed for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Personalized items and custom orders are final sale.

  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is based on the state and county of the shipping address on your order and will be calculated  at checkout.
